YAMASAKI MOTORS INDUSTRIAL LTD with its brand name ” YAMASAKI MOTORS ” was incorporated in 2020 in Cameroon with his head office located
at new road , after public school Chantal Biya, Government Residential Area (G.R.A) Upstation , North West Province of Cameroon , P.O box 205 Bamenda
Cameroon with its incorporation license no.. TPPRR/RC/LBE/0362/B/2020/M2/2026/001 and tax identification no . M122015280129A . Its operational
headquaters is located at Rue Pau Vers Accien Batoula , Akwa , Douala , Cameroon. This is where Yamasaki Motors has its show room for trucks and
some equipments display for sale to the public. Yamasaki motors is representing dump trucks, cargo van trucks, garbage trucks and tractors from
SAGMOTORS while Front head loaders, excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers and other heavy machinery are from LIUGONG and Yamasaki Motors is
the official representative and distributor for Liugong after signing and agreement to represent these equipments .
Yamasaki Motors is also operating a stone quarry at BABA 2 in Bamenda , the north west region of Cameroon . The products of this quarry are being
supplied for the constructions of the north west regional assembly project which will be completed in 2028 and most of the products are being sold to
contractors in Bamenda, Mbouda and Bafoussam.
This company was founded by three Chinese citizens and one Cameroonian namely : Yang Yong Xing, Wang Shuang, Song Peilie and Kingsley Azieh Che
in 2020 . The company main activities are importation and distribution of Trucks, road construction equipments, buses , stone quarry machinery and
agricultural equipments for sale and rentals . The company is trying to take the advantages of the China belt and road initiative to boost the company
existence in Cameroon for a win-win corperation with chinese companies. The company long term main goal is to establish a manufacturing plan in
Cameroon to assemble buses and trucks for sales in Cameroon and Africa as a whole by corperating with any interested Chinese manufacturing
companies and in this domain, the company has acquire land in Kribi Cameroon for about 40 hectares in preparations for the future to realized this project
before 2035 . Kribi is a port city with an international sea port constructed by the Chinese with a loan from China Exim bank . Mean while the present goals
are to import trucks, buses, pickups, excavators and front head loaders for distribution in Cameroon hoping to compete with Sinotruk and mercedes brand .
Yamasaki motors has already corporated with “UNITED EXPRESS”, a famous brand bus company that is involve in inter urban transportation and courier
services between the economic and capital city of Cameroon in supplying and renting them buses to operate in Cameroon . Yamasaki motors also is
supplying and renting dump trucks for the cleaning of the city of Bamenda in the North region of Cameroon and Yamasaki motors is also renting
equipments like dump trucks and excavators for the constructions of the North West Region assembly project regional assembly building that will be
completed in 2028.
